This morning marked the “all employee” meeting for our client, Richmond Gas Works (formerly Richmond Natural Gas), to help debut their new name, logo and brand positioning to their staff. Richmond Gas Works is the second oldest and eighth largest gas utility in the United States. In business since 1849, this is the first time they have changed their brand positioning in its 167 years of service.
Along with our media partner, Spurrier Group and web design team, Data Directions, we have been working with DPU over the past 18 months to develop this new brand and we were so excited to have it introduced today to their 600 employees. While today we celebrate the launch of their new name and logo internally, we look forward to launching Richmond Gas Works brand in its entirety to the public come 2017.
