You know those disclaimers on the radio that are so fast you can never understand them? Or in TV commercials, they put the legal copy so small that even if you had a 73" HD tv, you’d still never be able to read it. Well, things might be changing on that front a little. Vodafone recently had a radio ad banned because the disclaimer was so fast that no one could understand it. The way I see it, if you have to have legal copy or a disclaimer, it should be comprehensible.
