Working with Cobra USA, we have had a lot of fun with photo shoots, creating collateral and trade show materials, and even social media posts. But I have to say, the Cobra newspaper is one of our favorite projects we've had, and to see that original concept come to fruition has been unbelievably gratifying!
Our goal throughout has been for Cobra to "own the garage". This led us to the Cobra newspaper as a way to not only highlight their mufflers for Harley Davidson motorcycles but to also reinforce Cobra as a lifestyle brand. With the paper, we were able to reinforce their message of quality, made in the USA parts, showcase their new line of Neighbor Hater mufflers, and educate and entertain not only their core audience but any motorcycle enthusiast. With articles like "Six Ways to Win a Fight" and "Doom & Groom" the bad beards spotter guide, how could you not be entertained?!
Outside of WORK Labs, we owe a lot of thanks to Adam Ewing (our photographer), Pete Humes (the copywriter), Jeff Satterthwaite for editing the images for print, and Hopewell Publishing Company for printing these papers.
